1. Who We Are
Yuvado Platform Ltd. ("Yuvado", "we", "us", "our") is a B2B trade facilitation platform incorporated in Alberta, Canada. We connect Vietnamese SME suppliers with Canadian importers through an integrated digital marketplace. Our registered address is in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
2. Information We Collect
Business & Identity Information
- Business registration documents, certificates of incorporation, and trade licenses
- Director and officer identification documents (for KYC/KYB compliance)
- Business address, contact details, and banking information
Transaction Data
- Purchase orders, invoices, bills of lading, and customs documents
- In-platform communications between buyers and suppliers
- Payment records (processed by licensed third-party escrow providers)
- Shipping and logistics data
Platform Usage Data
- IP addresses, browser type, and device information
- Pages visited, search queries, and feature usage (anonymized analytics)
- Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Cookie Policy)
3. How We Use Your Information
- To verify your identity and business for regulatory and KYC/KYB compliance
- To facilitate, document, and complete trade transactions between buyers and sellers
- To process payments through our escrow system
- To provide customs compliance support and CPTPP tariff guidance
- To improve platform matching algorithms and logistics optimization
- To fulfill reporting obligations to regulatory bodies, including IRCC (Canada Startup Visa Program) and our Designated Organization (Intrinsic Venture Capital Inc.)
- To send transactional notifications and platform updates (not marketing without consent)
4. Data Sharing
Yuvado does not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share data with:
- Escrow and payment providers (e.g. Escrow.com, RBC) for payment processing
- Logistics partners for freight booking and tracking
- Customs authorities as required by Canadian and Vietnamese trade law
- Legal and regulatory authorities when required by law
5. Data Storage & Security
All data is stored on Canadian-hosted servers (AWS Canada region) and is subject to Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA). We implement industry-standard encryption (TLS 1.3) for data in transit and AES-256 encryption for data at rest. Access is restricted to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis.
6. Your Rights (PIPEDA)
As a user subject to Canadian jurisdiction, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate or outdated information
- Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements)
- Withdraw consent for non-essential data processing
- Lodge a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada
